Given a bullish or bearish setup, what are your favorite entry triggers?
There are a lot of possibilities:
* volatility breakouts: C or O + k*ATR(n)
* short channel breakouts: buy highest(h,3) + 1 point stop
* n consecutive closes in a given direction
Etc., etc.
Before spending the hours testing all the various possibilities, it
would be nice to narrow the field somewhat.
