The Gurusamy Sarathy port of 5.004 is linked from the Quotemonster page
at http://xmlworks.com/quotemonster/ It comes with the LWP and other
modules. Others have reported success with the ActiveState version. QM is
run from the command line and location of perl.exe should be in your PATH
if you want to run using the c:\perl qm yymmdd yymmdd syntax.
