Help! I'm a TradeStation novice.
I have my database, of securities, mutual funds and indices, set up and
I'm trying to figure out how to get end-of-day data and only end-of-day
data. I set up my database, using the CD, from 01/02/90 - 10/01/98, and
then I used my data provider to fill in from 10/02/98-02/12/99. Now,
I'm trying to get the data for 02/16/99.
I go into the downloader, highlight all the securities and "mark them"
with the asterisk in the DL column. I click download and I highlight
the top button "all securities marked for download from all securities
in directory list". When the data starts to download it is starting
from 01/02/90!!!
I saw the tab "download price data for selected date range for
highlighted securities", but I have a feeling that is not the right tab
since you have to specify a data range. Would I specify a data range
02/16/99 - 02/16/99?
Any help is certainly appreciated.
