What's next? Up, down, big one or a small bump?

Bonds are down 2 points.
ED is down.
$ is down.
Japan left long term rates unchanged, lowered short.
Nasdaq is in the red.
Even dow is not taking any money in.
Other things like hint to raise rates here, y2k, etc.
I am getting a little worried at this time.
Is there any reason not to worry...?  Internet revolution still?
What is your fundamental opinion for 99?
