Since I've upgraded to Win98 from Win95, I find that on a inconsistent
basis, dialog boxes in TS (4.0 Build 21)open either on monitor 1 OR monitor 2.
The dual monitor card I have is an STB MVP. Running under Win95, it had
it's own driver software, but under Win98, STB says to use the Win98 drivers.
Thus I have no way to "assign" the dialog boxes to monitor 1, rather than
monitor 2.
TS is the only program I'm having this problem with.
Anyone have any ideas in terms of a solution?
