I am posting this on behalf of Melody Blais our Customer Support Supervisor:

Effective January 31, 1999, DBC Signal will remove WGN from their list of
supported cable stations. Only users collecting data from DBC Signal via
cable on channel WGN need to make changes to their settings. Please find the
steps below:

This process will take about 15-20 minutes to complete and should be
conducted outside of market hours. Please use the following steps to change
the channel in the Data Server for Signal:
1.	From the Data Server for Signal main menu, click on Tools - Options.

2.	Click on the Signal Receiver tab.
3.	The server will already be set to the channel that reflects WGN in
your local area. Change channel number to reflect the number used by your
local cable company for AMC (American Movie Classics) or C-SPAN. If you are
unsure of the proper channel, please refer to your channel guide or the
Customer Service Department at your cable company.
4.	Once changed, click on the OK button.
5.	The receiver will begin the process of fine tuning the reception.
This process will take up to 15 minutes.
6.	Once completed, you should see the message "Communications
Established" and "Baud rate is set" in the System Status Window of the Data
Server for Signal.
7.	You are now ready to receive data on the new channel.
Known Issues:
If the receiver fails to begin the fine tune process automatically, use the
Tools - Options - Datafeed tab menu selection to check the Fine Tune Cable
Receiver box and click on OK. This will begin the fine tune process
manually. If you have any questions regarding this procedure, please contact
