Wants to buy. Tradestation 4 and Wisdom of the Ages.

i would like to buy a second copy of Tradestation 4.0. please confirm 
that it has a life time password, dongle, historical CD, and original 
manuals. make me an offer. (hopefully one i cant refuse hehe). 

Also. i would like to purchase a second hand copy of the Wisdom of the 
Ages package. some say it doesnt contain much wisdom but id like to 
discover that for myself.
