I always find the "industry standard" dodge to be funny. They are either
saying that they don't have the resources to come up with their own
disclaimer or they are saying that "it's in there because we like it".
You can be assured that if there is ever a dispute, the written disclaimer,
which you signed, will be the only thing that matters.
