dial data, omega scheduler and internet access

I access dial data through the internet and would like to use the scheduler
option from the Omega downloader. Unfortunately, this is not automatic
because there is a manual step involved. There is a nag screen "reminding"
me that I should be connected to the internet before trying to download from
the internet. Yes..., I am aware of this.
I could not find a setting to disable this. If there *is* a setting for
this, please let me know. Otherwise, I will use a corrected DLL (dload.dll)
for this problem. 
I tried to attach the DLL to this message, but it exceeds the file limit for
this mail server. The DLL is 150KB zip'd up.
If anyone else has encountered this problem, just send me message and I'll
get this DLL off to you. To use this DLL, just rename the original dload.dll
from \omega\prog directory and replace with this one.
