I am +8 GMT and have this problem.
The solution, although not ideal, is to change the times in the symbol
universe so that when you load ascii data, the correct time appears.
The first step is to subtract (or add) the time difference from that in the
symbol universe.
In my case, I subtract 8 hours from the actual start/end times of the
session.
I also have a problem with daylight saving, and have extended the symbol
universe trading session by an hour to cope with the changes in other
countries. (I do not have daylight saving where I live, so my computer
never changes time).
All this is related to Tradestation's current inability to handle a
computer whose clock is running in a different time zone to a market.
Hope this helps
Peter

Subject: Importing ASCII Data into TradeStation
I am importing ASCII data for T-Bonds into TradeStation. It works fine
except each time I do an import the ASCII settings window shows the Start
and End Time as 8:20AM and 3:00PM (Miami time?). In addition in the
Display
Value is shown in 1/100's instead of 1/32's. All the other default
settings
for the Bond contract are correct. I have taken a look at my settings in
the Symbol Universe. Everything seems OK. Any ideas how I can get this to
work correctly so I don't have to adjust the settings each time I import
ASCII data?
