Need help on upgrade

I upgraded from build 18 to build 19 and when the question was asked "to 
update Symbol Universe" I said yes!

Now I cannot get into TradeStation because of "notice of program error".

I reinstalled build 18, but it did not fix the problem. 

Could someone tell me what to delete,without loosing any data, so I can 
reinstall build 19.
