Yes there is a class action lawsuit being filed against Omega Research
concerning the negligence of their meeting a federal law to have a y2 policy
in effect amongst some other things. This is a new lawsuit in addition to
the older lawsuit against them for misleading the public when they went
public.

Hey Pierre! I need to know your hat size because I require all my employees
to wear Cowboy hats and Boots here in Texas! You have to wear boots to kick
some serious ass! I just hope I dont have to have a custom built hat made
