Of course they do. Integrated Saddam Digital Networks originates 
its delivery at the Saddam Tower. But, there are problems. None of 
the sales reps understand it. They can't install it cause Saddam 
spent all the installation tool money on biochemicals. Most all 
installations that do finally get installed only run at 300 baud since 
bandwith is cut to make room for the Saddam Sesame Street 
"Chemlab for Toddlers", the Saddam Public Broadcasting "This Old 
Scud" series, and the occasional video feed showing happy 
citizens dancing in a war zone.  When it does work, all you get is 
one html page with a picture of Saddam on it. 

There is no tech support, but Tariq Aziz will help you on weekends, 
and some of the UN guys used to moonlight, but alas, they are 
gone now.

In summary, isdn there is just about as successful as here in the 
states.
