I sent this post after watching silver spike up 10 cents on 12/14/98. This
isn't securities so inside information is legal. Looking back this was the
time the report was made to Clinton on Iraq's no compliance on weapons
inspections. Sometimes the commodity markets will tell you secrets if your
looking for them.

Around 12:05 PM Silver spike up dramatically anybody heard any news that
may have caused this action.
