I have your answer...I wrote about this about a week ago on the list
Here is what I did to beat the isinst30 erro
1 Copy the omega files from the CD on your HD into an easy to find folder on your desktop
(I am not sure if you have to do this...I did it...about 180mb)
2. Restart your computer
3. as it restarts...Tap F8...you do this to get to the DOS start-up choice window
4. Choose SAFE-MODE ...don't choose normal
5. Once you are at the big ugly screen...look for the folder where you put all the omega CD files on your desktop
6. Run the install from your desktop folder in SAFE MODE
that worked for me...hope it works for you...tech support did not know this trick either
