portfolio maximizer error locked cell question

I have a .PER file and I want to either EXPORT it to Excel or tab delimited txt

Whenever I try and do it, I get

"ERROR EXPORTING REPORT (20029) LOCKED CELLS CANNOT BE MODIFIED"

the .per file is large with 50 .psp files


any ideas if this is fixable?
