Preliminary List - Indices replaced and dropped by BMI

New symbols: TRINA (Amex Trin), TICKA (AMEX Tick)

Changed symbols:  AMEX Advancing, Declining and Unchanges Issues symbols have changed to
NEW symbols NOT in the T/S Release 21 Symbols Universe.   AMEX Unchanged, Total, Advancing
and Decling Volume have also changed.   See below.

The dropped symbols of most significance are some of the AMEX symbols for Diamonds(DIA),
Spyders(SPY), and Midcaps(MID).   Net Asset Value is dropped for all three, as is Shares
outstanding, and Net Accumulated Dividend may have been dropped for Diamonds and Midcaps.

I haven't compiled a complete list of indices dropped.   The most important index dropped
is probably the Nasdaq Transportation Index.
