Some more confusion about BMI symbols change

I just received another message:

Dear sir:
        I have not been able to confirm any kind of "grace period" for
the upcoming symbol changes. However, the change will be taking place
AFTER MARKET Monday November 30, 1998.

So, I was told on the phone that changes will take place Monday BEFORE
MARKET and the written message states that it will happened Monday AFTER
MARKET.

But with solution proposed by Gerrit Jacobser it does not matters any
more... Thank you Gerrit again.
