H.E.L.P Hurwitz method (any comments?)

this is 2nd post...sorry. surely someone has heard of this?


In the new stocks and commodities mag (page 60) there is an ad for a
methodology called "H.E.L.P" (Hurwitz Exact Location Parameters). Anybody
know anything about this?
