The time stamp on real-time ticks is not attached by TS within your own
computer - it is received from the feed and is attached by the data
vendor. Furthermore, the time stamp attached to the SAME tick but
received in different parts of the Country (or world) will often be
different (DBC has told me the time stamp is attached at the broadcast
location), and all are different from the time attached by the exchange.

Therefore, errors in your local clock will have no effect upon bar
formation.
