Is most of the money that the media refers to as being on the sidelines or
into the techs,etc., primarily 401K 
and union pension money? How much influence does the individual investor have
on where this money goes? Aren't companies under contract with portfolio
managers and financial planners, who play follow the leader into the "hot"
stocks or sectors? Is there a particular time of the month when these funds
flow into the market? If there is basically "no savings" in the U.S. where is
all of this money coming from to keep fueling this market? When fund managers
"window dress"
their portfolios don't their clients realize the prices that were paid for the
"privilege" of owning these issues?
