Need Stock Tick Data / OMZ Conversion Utility / OMZ format info.

1. I need intraday tick stock data for NYSE, NASDAQ and AMEX
    for about 5 years back and preferably in omega's OMZ format :-).
    I know what I am asking for is hard to come by but I need it.
    I am willing to pay for it clean or raw.  NYSE publishes
    TAQ data and if somebody has a way of converting it into OMZ format,

    please reply.

2.If anyone came up with a way to convert data to .OMZ format
    please reply. I would be interested in getting or buying your
    conversion utility ASAP. I need to find a way to import Tick data
    into TS 4.0.

3.If anyone has any info about the .OMZ format I would appreciate
    you e-mailing me description or giving me some references.

No EOD data needed.  I really appreciate your contribution and any help.
