Making TS faster

One for the geek squad:

I'm running a 100 Pentium machine with 24MB of ram. Which of the
following two options would be the most cost effective way of
increasing the speed in which TS opens and saves workspaces?

1) Installing a 200 Processor Overdrive.
2) Increasing the ram.

Any other suggestions?
