Hans,
If you remembered, the last time,. When the then Treasury Secretary
James Baker denounced the Germans at not being (as in hardball)
cooperative in economic/interest rate policy, on television,on that
fateful Friday, Oct. 16,1987, you know the rest of the story..
Now am seeing German Bundesbank not so "cooperating" again, same time
this year!!
