Omega Server for signal

Omega Server for Signal collect and stored all symbols ticks including
daily in one file.
Does anybody know a software for working with this file or what is this
file format?
It is needed to export information of any symbol  in ASCII -file format.
Any information regarding this problem will be appreciate.
