RUSSIA devalued their currency in late august - that started the panic in
RUSSIA, which followed ASIA, spilled over to EUROPE and when the first
clever people realized that this might have similar affects in SOUTH AMERICA
the global turmoil was complete as it hit the US.....
BTW: Did someone on this list ask " RUSSIAN PROBLEMS - what problems ?
