SOS! SOL SOS!

I would be MOST grateful for help on the following issue. AND I will
gladly share with the list the results of my investigation.

I am considering switching to SignalOnLine ("SOL") when I next renew my
service, but I want first to evaluate it thoroughly.

I have obtained from another List member S&P tick files for several days
this month. I have compared them carefully with both my own collected
data (Signal via cable) and with CME's time-&-sales files. To summarize
briefly, the timing of the data looks excellent - the worst delay I have
seen so far is about 8 seconds.

BUT the data stream has large gaps in time. These gaps are sufficiently
numerous and lengthy that I suspect they reflect a problem at the
subscriber end of the pipeline (the ISP, the connection, the ???).

I need to confirm this. To do so, I need S&P tick files (in ASCII form,
please) of data collected using SOL - repeat, SignalOnLine data only -
for the dates Sep 14 and Sep 16.

Thank you, thank you, thank you in advance.
