I had to switch my DTN box from satellite to cable this morning so I had to
have DTN technical support re-enable my real-time markets. As they did so, I
noted separate market items for CME Spreads and CBOT spreads which are
automatically enabled with the exchange futures and options. Since both DTN
and BMI feeds are sourced from Bridge, I would be surprised if these spread
quotes are not available on BMI.
