Security block emulator for laptop

Hello everyone,
Could you please update me on software
that exists out there so that I can run TS/OS
on  a laptop without the security block.
I would appreciate the latest leads and prices.
I remember  a couple of people that had one
but forgot the name. If you have one, e-mail me
a copy. I would be glad to send you a check for
whatever. Any help/lead  is much appreciated.
