Anyone used BOTH electronic trading services (PMB & LEO) trading the S&P and
determined which is best regarding:
1) fills
2) timely reporting of fills
3) stability - it's up and running most often
4) ease of use - like entering Cancel Replace Orders
5) etc, etc.
