Very interesting - great work!
The omega server and the charting module communicating about DDE . I've
no idea yet how you made this combination NT-Linux boxes running about a
network. For some time I experimented with network DDE between win 95 -
terrible and time consuming - maybe I mad all wrong. My idea was the same
as you had, to separate the server from the charting module to benefit
from the more of performance on the charting box and to have the
opportunity to let more charting boxes run in a network at the same time
together with only one server ...

Mark, you didn't mention something about performance measurements
regarding the emulated charting module and network performance for the
data handling between server box and charting box - please can you
comment ?
