More answers:
1 PMBe uses a proprietary network so no tops! We have gone down but the
network was designed for a trading co. so they work fast.
2 The time stamp is our own and Im not sure where it comes from , I will
check on monday.
3 average time is dependent on the market so lets use s&ps. fills are
usually back in less then a minute. I like to do market orders in the last
minute and get the fills before the market closes.
4. I think the longest time for me is 2 minutes. Its funny but this thing is
so fast that a couple of extra seconds seems long. The stops are the
slowest, I can just see the brokers on the floor scrambling to get the
prices typed in after they have the market orders out. Any way you slice
it I will never go back to calling the floor.
