Would someone be so kind as to provide a short primer on buy/sell programs
and the ability they have to move the S&P futures market. How can one tell
when a buy or sell program is likely to kick in? Are there any predictive
indicators? Can these be turned into a tradable system, or has market
efficiency taken away all the opportunity in this area?
