Yep, there is a file size limit.
Since you already have a web site I suggest you:
Name the PDF something odd like ZX4221.pdf
Upload it to your Web Site, but Don't put a link to the file on your web
site.
Post a message to Omega list that the file is at
http://www.cei.net/~staylor/ZX4221.pdf for example.
Anybody on the Omega list will be able to download the file with their
browser, but it would be very unlikely anyone else would stumble on it.
