I don't think you should, and I don't think you can. stops have
discretionary provisions. the main factor here would be the speed of
feedback from your executors;-)

What about reporting error or omission? If it's not a pattern in your
team's behaviour, it could be a pattern in the market or reporting. In
market conditions like the one we observing these days I was get sells on a
stop before i could see them on my screen a minute or even more ahead. your
particular case does not look like something dangerousely stormy though.
Keep in mind that on days like today in order to get a pint scalp on limits
you had to get a two point move at a minimum(with 5 tick a print). I hope,
you got out fine.
