try watching SP8Z instead of the DSP contract. BMI's position has been that the
DSP contract is a derivative of the SP data, so DSP will be slower and you'll
also find that the ticks are not always the same [we've noticed different
beginning and ending ticks for the openings and for some of the hour/half hour
periods]. When we asked BMI, their response was that their first priority was to
deliver a fast and accurate SP and then its derivatives. They also said that to
change DSP would compromise the SP quotes. They did not seem interested in
changing the way they process SP data.
