No way, the catcher sat up on the inside and gave a low target and that's
about where the ball went.  McGwire leaned out to reach in front of him
before it sank.  It was just starting to tail out over the plate.  That's
probably why it looked like reached over the plate.

Uh, look again at #62, low and outside. Probably not even a strike. I was
amazed he could pull it at all.
