BMI stopped transmitting equities and equities option data at about 1225
EDT. It seems to have resumed at about 1236 EDT.
They sent a news bulletin at 1233 EDT acknowledging the problem. So far
(1241 EDT) no message about repair. This happened during a low volume
congested phase in the market.
