Is Charles Shwab reasonable? What about E-Trade or Ameritrade?

I don't necessarily want the lowest round turn but I do want reliability

Do any of the firms provide Level Two as part of their service?

 Stewart,

I personally daytrade equities and use a company called the Executioner. This
is a company that uses a trading interface called Real Tick III. There are
point and click executions with the availability of various ECNs. Trades start
at about $24 each and as low as $19 depending on volume.Level II is available
and is free after a certain number of transactions ( I believe 50 per month )
.I've included the website for this company along with another similar company
that I have not used but am familiar with.
