*Trading systems toolkit
or have you read any other good books? >>

Of the books that you asked about I can only comment on Design, Testing &
Optimization of Trading Systems by Pardo. The book provides a sound
background on the subject. It provides an in-depth understanding of the
terminology used in the development of trading systems and offers an
easy-to-understand methodology to design, test and evaluate trading systems.
I would highly recommend it to new traders who are low on the learning curve
and to old hands as a reminder of the reality (careful and sparse use) of
optimization.

It will not, as you have asked, be "any good to learn new trading systems".
