FW: Bonneville Bad date stamp

What ? ? ? CopyOut the entire DAT file ??

Copying a big DAT file can take hours ! And, as we have just discussed
on this list, a large DAT file CANNOT BE COPYed ! ! Because TS can't
manage the compression process properly. It has to be copied in
segments -
more time ! !

Is this the best idea you have ?? Others have stated that they
corrected
the bad tick, or just rebooted.

Typical Omega programming philosophy - if anything goes wrong, start
over !
No sense saving time by just correcting what's wrong.

donc
