Friends:

I have been carrying on a discussion with a couple of subscribers
about the above subjects.  Figuring that not everyone who was reading
was replying, I sent CC'd my replies to the list, with the subject
"RE:The substance ...", because I wanted those who saw the questions
to also see the answers.

I realize this is not directly related to trading, and hope it caused
no inconvenience to those not interested 
in the discussion.
