The Wheel works on TS

I've probably been living in the dark ages because only my MS office
95/97 and Internet products would scroll with my IntelliMouse (with the
wheel).

I bought my son a new PC and he received MS IntelliPoint Version 2.2 for
his IntelliMouse.  During my customization of his PC, I noticed that the
wheel worked with NotePad. I immediately installed it on my system and
TS now scrolls via the wheel; the Power Editor, the Server and the
Charts.

Highly recommended IMHO,
