Support@xxxxxxxxxx seems to be very prompt with the CUBS down notices, however I
would not hold my breath waiting for a reply to e-mails. Support has ignored
every one of 3 e-mails I've sent their way. My last S&P fill report yesterday
took 17 minutes and the branch manager has yet to return my phone call of
yesterday afternoon. Don't have an exact count, but my impression is that CUBS
has been down about half the trading days during the past week and once down,
that's it for the day.
