There are actually two SPY indices-- one from CME and one from AMEX -- the
CME is identical to the SPX and the SPY produced by AMEX is an index of the
ADR shares that are traded on AMEX.  The value of the AMEX Spy (known as
SPYders) is approximately 10% of the CME's SPY and the SPX.
   
For example, today's Highs & Lows are as follows:
     
SPX:       1102.54  1084.72
SPY(AMEX):  110.59   108.40
