Why do you point your gun at me? It's not a gun, you say? You are not
*forcing* me to do anything? Fine. Then accept my refusal to comply with
your regulations, which I do not recognize.
I suggest that you re-read Rand's "Atlas Shrugged". Particularly Part II,
Chapter IV, "The Sanction of the Victim". You are making the very common
mistake of separating ends from context and means. There is no cause that
can make it right to sacrifice a man.

You are absolutely correct.
Who are we to say who can operate on you, or defend you in court, or fix
your teeth, or fly you on your next trip?
Every person should have the right to practice whatever trade they want to
without restriction and it is up the user to practice caveat emptor.
