Assuming you are referring to the newsgroup, the best newsgroup on the subject
is at microsoft.public.windowsnt.<topic> - you can start with topic ".setup" and
go from there. If your interested is limited to a specific topic/problem, I
recommend using dejanews.com to perform a search of
microsoft.public.windowsnt.*.
