Hans,
 
Each time you receive the file from Bell Labs and listen to it, it is
stored in your "Windows\Temporary Internet Files"  directory if you're
using Windows 95. It's saved there with a file name like CA45KFDD.wav  
Once you find it, you can rename it and move it to another directory.
There are probably thousands of other files in the "Windows\Temporary
Internet Files" directory that you might want to delete first to make
finding the wavs easier.
