Don't know of anything that will dynamically speak the current price, but
you can create your own .WAV files to say whatever "canned" response you
want at the following URL. You will need to experiment with altered
"phonetic" spelling that will produce what you want to hear.
i.e, your source data for OEX Entry & Exits might look something like:
Oh - EE - Ex -- Exit.
Oh - EE - Ex -- Entry.
