Could anyone tell me where the best web-site would be to receive the most
timely information on fundamental information such as reverse stock splits, I
believe this would be an 8K? I have the SECs site but much of the information
appears to be at least 2 to 3 weeks old. The 10K and 10Qs are there but I am
aware of a stock that had a reverse split on July 1 and no information
available. I believe many investors somehow found out about it a day or so
before. I also understand a company has to make a filing a couple of weeks
before something like this occurs and then certain vendors are notified. I am
trying to get a jump on the competition. Thanks in advance.
